Teacher of Design & Technology
We are looking for a passionate, talented and rigorous Design and Technology Teacher with a subject specialism of Resistant Materials or Product Design to join our dedicated faculty.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who embraces creativity, innovation and is always looking for the very best practice in teaching. They will share the School’s vision and the belief that all young people can achieve at high levels.
The role will involve responsibility for taking the current Y10 students through to the completion of their GCSE course in Y11. Teaching will involve preparing students for their final GCSE exam and ensuring the completion of related units in response to the IGCSE qualification.

Girls at Oxford High School show outstanding skills and creativity in Design & Technology, with a selection of work on display in the School.
The Department is soon to be relocated to a temporary workshop location prior to the redevelopment of the Art and Design Faculty. Well-equipped, purpose related facilities are available and students have access to a variety of power and hand tools throughout their course of study.
