System Administrator – Finance Business Systems
We require a System Administrator to assist with the implementation, testing and documentation of system enhancements and developments across all Finance Business System applications.
Working as part of the Finance Business Systems team this role will provide a customer-focused service providing 1st and 2nd level support to users of the University’s Finance Business System applications; Accommodation Services MIS, Kinetic, the Finance MIS, Agresso Business World (ABW) and UAL Short Courses Limited (UALSC) learning management systems, Course Manager and Administrate.

We are looking for a business systems professional with a successful track record in delivering a high standard of system administration, preferably in the higher education or creative sector.
You will have a proactive approach together with effective oral and written communication skills, including experience of liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to prepare relevant and timely information and deliver it in a clear and concise way to both IT and non-IT focused individuals.
