Senior HR Business Partner
Opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role providing a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused HR advisory service to staff and managers at NHS Improvement.
You will partner with business leaders to ensure the effective delivery of operational HR activities and ‘people processes’ that meet the requirements of the organisation. This involves providing an expert employee relations service, ensuring delivery of performance management processes and working with managers to identify learning and development needs for their teams.
In addition, you will participate proactively in the scoping, design and launch of key people and change initiatives. You will also be aligned to specific directorates within the business on a rotational basis, providing specialised advice and support to the director and senior managers.
To be considered, you will need to be CIPD qualified and a member of CIPD (or applying for this through study or experience).
Significant experience in a HR generalist role, along with HR management experience and experience of providing advice to senior managers on employment relations/employment law issues, as well as experience of change management and implementing HR change initiatives are key requirements.
