Engagement and Benefit Monitoring Manager (Programme Management)
NHS Improvement is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to establish processes, metrics and benchmarks that will track engagement and delivery of efficiencies and productivity improvements across NHS trusts.
As an Engagement and Benefit Monitoring Manager, you will be a key member of the Operational Productivity Directorate. The purpose of the directorate is to drive improvements in clinical quality and efficiency and increase productivity across the workforce, estates and facilities management, procurement and back-office operations.
Within the directorate, you will support the Regional Productivity Directors and the Delivery and Implementation Directors to identify trusts with the greatest productivity improvement needs. You will be responsible for providing advice, developing strategies and implementing policies to ensure that work programmes are developed consistently and the work of subject matter experts is planned and tracked effectively.
The successful candidate will offer demonstratable expertise in Programme Management at a senior level. Experience in the delivery of complex programmes, incorporating multiple inputs and stakeholders, management of fluctuating workflow and associated resource management will be essential.
