Competition and Markets Authority: Recruitment Officer
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is embarking on its next phase of significant growth and to help us with this exciting challenge we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer/Administrator to provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Working in a busy but supportive team, as Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for conducting all pre-employment checks for each permanent appointment made, in accordance with the Baseline Personnel Security Standard, ensuring the effective and efficient onboarding of new staff to the CMA.
You will also be responsible for temporary (agency) staff recruitment, liaising with approved recruitment agency suppliers and hiring managers to ensure authorised temporary roles are appointed to onboarding standards.
Excellent administration skills, including data entry, records management, and Excel spreadsheet management are essential, along with good communication skills and strong attention to detail. Previous experience working in similar HR/Recruitment Administrator role is desirable.
