RNIB: Legacy Marketing Officer
We are looking for a Legacy Marketing Officer (Acquisition) for our London office to lead on all internal and external acquisition activity to recruit legacy enquirers to be developed into intenders and pledgers.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team, as we are rolling out our new creative proposition, supported by new brand messaging and awareness campaigns over the next 12 months when we will be celebrating our 150th anniversary. We are also expanding our telemarketing, legacy conversation training and digital programmes, so you will be able to implement plenty of new activities to support our strategy to increase the number of legacy leads.
You’ll be promoting gifts in Wills across a range of direct marketing channels to warm supporters, internally to staff and volunteers to ensure they are confidently having legacy conversations, and with the Marketing team and Remember A Charity to raise awareness to supporters not yet known to us.
You will be working constantly with internal teams across the organisation, with a focus on Fundraising and Marketing and managing a variety of agencies and suppliers. Your strong creative skills will be used to produce engaging marketing material, including through digital channels. We are well known in the sector for our data insight team, and have a strong foundation of legacy supporter analysis for you to build on.
