Macmillan: Head Of Media
This is a fantastic opportunity to help raise Macmillan’s national media profile to ensure we are recognised as the UK’s leading cancer support charity.
You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of Macmillan’s overarching Media and PR strategy, helping to create compelling national media and PR campaigns and events to support the delivery of Macmillan’s corporate strategy in line with Macmillan’s brand.
With excellent relationship building and influencing skills, you will help maximise Macmillan’s impact around organisation-wide activities, persuasively promoting our aims and objectives and protecting our reputation. Alongside a clear track record of effective media relations and crisis management, you will demonstrate a capacity for inspirational leadership and the strategic and people skills needed to focus and co-ordinate the activities of a large Media and PR Team.
