RNIB: Database Officer
Exciting opportunity for a motivated Database Officer to manage, co-ordinate and develop the RNIB volunteer management system and support the production of management information either in London or Peterborough.
RNIB Group is embarking on a huge period of change. By 2019 we want to triple the number of people with sight loss we are supporting. We simply cannot reach these targets without a significant uplift in the people who support us by volunteering. Our volunteer recruitment team is newly formed to locate and recruit the right people into our portfolio of exciting volunteer roles.
You will have knowledge and experience of using the Salesforce Platform, sufficient to be able to adapt or develop areas of a system. You will also be proficient in data analysis techniques and using excel at an advanced level with an understanding of data quality and integrity issues and how to apply these to improve system effectiveness.
You’ll have the ability to communicate complex ideas, enthusiasm and a strong customer focus. Approaching your work in a logical and methodical manner with the organisational skills to effectively create work schedules, you will prioritise with ease and meet deadlines to deliver substantial system and process related projects.
