RNIB: Assistant Manager

Redhill Community Living Service, Redhill provides specialist support and 52 weeks residential care and supported living for young adults with sight loss, multiple disabilities and complex needs, from the age of 18, through to early 40’s.

In the role of Assistant Manager you will assist the Registered Manager in the management and organisation of a residential care environment and support a team of Support Workers in meeting the needs of adults and young people with sight loss and complex needs.

With an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification you will have the knowledge and understanding of adults and young people’s development to help them excel.
