St Edward's: Accounts Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Accounts Department of a leading co-educational boarding and day school situated in Oxford.
Your main responsibility as Accounts Assistant will be to provide accounting and administrative support to the Accounts Department.
The Accounts Department, located within the Bursary, deals with all the School’s financial matters, including the issue of termly accounts to parents, collecting fees, making payments to suppliers and payroll processing.
The School uses the PASS accounting management system and your main responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with staff, parent, pupil and supplier queries by phone, e-mail and letter
- Assisting with petty cash
- Assisting with invoicing
- Assisting with reconciliations
- General administrative duties
If you have experience of working in an office environment, along with good written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Word and Excel we would be delighted to hear from you.
