RNIB: Area Fundraising Manager (Wales)
Are you ready to be part of something exciting? We are currently recruiting for an Area Fundraising Manager to work across Wales. To proactively work in partnership with teams across RNIB to develop and implement a range of volunteering solutions and initiatives and to act as a primary contact for the final selection and initial training of volunteers.
Knowledgeable in motivating people to get involved, able to quickly build rapport and establish professional relationships with others you will help to deliver a seamless experience for volunteers, provide timely advice across the team and proactively manage local recruitment.
With extensive experience in volunteer recruitment and management, you will have an appreciation of the issues debated by the blind and partially sighted community. You’ll also be prepared to work as part of a multi-skilled team to help develop the volunteer offer.
This role requires travel across the area so a full driving license and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
