All candidates who are deemed to offer a close match to the criteria in the job description will have a preliminary interview with CJA. The aim of this interview is to discuss the role in detail and to establish that you have the required experience and competencies, whilst giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Preliminary interviews are scheduled to take place between Tuesday, 31st August and Friday, 10th September.

Short-listed candidates will then be asked to attend an interview in the week commencing 13th or 20th September 2010 at IPSA’s offices in Victoria, London SW1.

The process is designed to be robust, fair and transparent. If there are internal candidates, they will be asked to follow precisely the same process as external candidates. If at any stage of the process it is deemed that your application will not be proceeding further, full feedback will be available from CJA Group.
