All applications must be made using the application form which can be downloaded from this micro-site. Once you have completed the application form and diversity monitoring form, please e-mail it to jmm@cjagroup.com , fax it on + 44 (0) 20 7256 8501 or send it to:
Managing Director,
CJA Recruitment Solutions Group,
2 London Wall Buildings,
London Wall,
London EC2M 5UX, UK.
All applications must be received no later than Friday, 16th April, 2010.
Please note that all electronic applications will be acknowledged within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If you e-mailed an application, but have not received an acknowledgement from CJA within 24 hours, please telephone us to ensure that your application has been received.
All candidates who are deemed to offer a close match to the criteria in the job description will have a preliminary interview with CJA. Preliminary interviews will ideally take place in person, but given the international nature of this assignment and recruitment process, the preliminary interview may need to take place by telephone. The aim of this interview is to discuss the role in detail and to establish that you have the required experience and competencies, whilst giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Following the completion of the preliminary interviews, CJA will present the short-list to the CWM's Search Committee.
Short-listed candidates will then be asked to attend an interview in early to mid July in Hong Kong. The Trustee Body will be asked to endorse the appointment and assuming they are happy to do so, the process of applying for a visa (if applicable) will then commence. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will take up the post between September 2010 and January 2011 depending upon their circumstances.
The process is designed to be robust, fair and transparent. If there are internal candidates, they will be asked to follow precisely the same process as external candidates. If at any stage of the process it is deemed that your application will not be proceeding further, full feedback will be available from CJA Group.
Thank you for taking the time to think about this role. We look forward to hearing from those who want to take it further.
