We are seeking to appoint an inspirational person with significant experience as a primary practitioner who is capable of supporting students to make outstanding progress. Ambitious for the students and for your career, the ideal candidate will have aspirations for future leadership.

You will need to influence and make an impact across the Academy by possessing excellent interpersonal skills and using your ability to collaborate alongside other staff to develop teaching and learning to a high standard.

You will have passion and a proven track record of excellent teaching and you will be willing to play an integral role in the Primary Phase. Using appropriate support to challenge all primary colleagues, you will inspire students toa move ahead to the next level of attainment.

As well as teaching Key Stage 2, you will also have responsibility as Head of Learning for Y3 - Y6 and the leadership of Literacy across the Primary phase.
