Recruitment Process
All applications will be assessed against the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) framework.

Learning & Development Manager. Senior Policy Manager, Policy Manager and Senior Policy Advisor applicants will undergo a three-stage recruitment process:
i) Your application will initially be assessed against the experience and competency requirements stated in the advertisement.
ii) If successful at this stage, you will be asked to attend an assessment centre which is designed to assess your competencies against the PSG framework.
iii) If passing the assessment centre, you will be asked to attend a panel interview at which your competencies and experience will be evaluated.

Successful candidates will then be offered a role in the Directorate that is most appropriate given their experience.
Policy Adviser, Executive Officers and Administrators will undergo a two-stage recruitment process:
i) Your application will initially be assessed against the experience and competency requirements stated in the advertisement.
ii) If put through to the second stage, you will be asked to attend a panel interview at which your competencies and experience will be evaluated.
