All candidates who are deemed to offer a close match to the criteria in the job description will be asked to attend a preliminary interview with CJA. The aim of this interview is to discuss the role in detail and to establish that you have the required experience and competencies, whilst giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
CJA Group has worked in partnership with Becta for in excess of six years and has specialised in recruiting to middle and senior management roles for 40 years.
Following the completion of the preliminary interviews (which generally take place within the two week period following the closing date), CJA will have a meeting with Becta to agree a short-list.
Short-listed candidates will then be asked to attend an assessment day at Becta’s offices. The results of the assessment exercises are used to provide further information to the interview panel for the short-list interviews. The anticipated dates for the assessment and short-list interviews are stated on the individual job specification.
The process is designed to be robust, fair and transparent. If there are internal candidates, they follow precisely the same process as external candidates. If at any stage of the process it is deemed that your application will not be proceeding further, full feedback will be available from CJA Group.
