Recruiting and want some advice?

Here is a quick employer checklist to help in your search for the perfect candidate.

  • Write / review the job description: make sure it is up-to-date, relevant and covers the key responsibilities.
  • Step back and make sure that the job title is understandable and searchable: i.e. an ‘Account Manager’ can span across numerous industries and sectors, so often a more specific job title can save you time reading a lot of unsuitable applications. Think about reaching quality, not simply quantity.
